Deployed Marine  - Dr Broggi, Recently i attend a service at the base chapel here where i am deployed. The msg surrounded the story of the Good Samaritan. However, the crux of the msg was really about how the Chaplin thought we needed to do a better job as christians showing love to the LGBT community. And the Chaplin went onto tell the story about he in a prior deployment would attend picnics and other functions (as the chaplin) with the LGBT community at the prior deployment location. While i cannot argue with the point that we are supposed to love one another ... i have a problem as a christian with a chaplin attending said event and validating it with his presence. And i have a problem with a Chaplin doing a bait and switch as to what a service is about. But i digress. I guess i am asking for you to articulate how do we indeed love all people, but still not participate in the moral relativism that is occurring around us? A side note to this issue, my opinion, is that the Chaplin corps is becoming so plain vanilla and politically correct that not sure how much value comes from their ministry. Not a surprise as the military is even becoming almost hostile to a man being overtly christian. Or to being open about ones being a born again christian.

Gordon, Beaufort, SC - I have a question regarding last Sunday's message. Unless I misunderstood, I think you stated that you were not sure if the Church would go though the time of the crash. If there is a possibility that the Church will go through the crash, what preparation would you recommend or advise Christians  do in a way of preparation.

Vaughn, Savannah, GA -  Is investing in the stock market considered gambling? Are you taking a chance on making money when you invest.?  When you are in the stock market sometimes you make money sometimes you lose money. Is that not a form of gambling?

Jacqueline, Beaufort, SC: Why do Christians observe the Sabbath on the first day of the week, Sunday, rather than the seventh day as commanded in the Ten Commandments? I have been taught that it is because Jesus rose on a Sunday. Please give me your understanding of the Scriptures.
