When the Angel of the LORD is brought before Gideon and then it says later that the LORD is speaking directly to Gideon. Since no man can see the face of God and live, what does this mean?

Debbie P., Cedar Grove, TN - I am a member of the churches of Christ. All my life I attended church services where they had elders. I moved and now there’s not any elders where I go. My question, is that a scriptural church? I know they can’t have elders if no one there is qualified but still the question is, is it a scriptural church with no elders? Should everyone there go somewhere that has elders? Please add chapter and verses please. It’s just not clear to me. Thank you
