Summary

Alberto - Why do Christians judge non- believers different than believers?

Casey, Mt. Shasta, CA - Hi Dr. Broggi, I am a new believer, 2 year old Christian with much to learn still. My question is: When my desire to obey Titus 2:5 (working at home) conflicts with my husbands wishes for me to work, who do I obey? Because I'm also supposed to be in submission to my husband and his vision for our family. I want to quit my job and be full-time committed to homeschooling our 4 children and being a housewife. But he wants me to keep working. I do only work 2 days a week, but they are long 10 hour days and it disrupts that homeschool/bible time that I normally would continue. Paul does say that women are to be workers at home, and when I examine my heart I find a strong desire to be at home always. My husband is an unbeliever and I worry that if I go against his wishes it will push him away from Christ. Is this a situation where I can even go against what my husband wants and still be in submission to Christ?

Bob -  Has a question about Galatians 1:15-17.

James -  Do Catholics have to believe to be saved? Biblical doctrine as it relates to Catholics.

David D., Orleans, MA - I watched a documentary on Jeffery Dahmer the serial killer from Milwaukee in the eighties and nineties. When he was interviewed he said he was not insane and was always well aware of the heinous acts he was committing but was unable to stop. While in prison he was baptized and surrendered himself to God. He was shortly after killed by a fellow inmate. I know we all sin and will be forgiven if we surrender to God and ask for forgiveness. I am wondering if God makes any distinction in the severity of sin. Me saying the lord's name in vain seems like quite a lesser sin than raping, torturing, and eating people, as Jeffery Dahmer was convicted of.

Bob - Is asking for Pastor Carl's opinion on John Walvoords book "Prophecy in the New Millennium".
