Summary

Anonymous, Savannah, GA (Live Dictation) - Can a Christian girl marry a divorced man? Does it matter if his divorce was before his salvation? what if she left because he became a Christian, 1 Corinthians 7:25?

Stephen, Charleston, SC - My Wife and I have recently encountered the idea of "Limited Atonement" several times. After studying all our available resources, we cannot agree with it, though most of those resources support it. What is your view, and could you explain your reasoning or recommend resources for further study?

Hans, Colombia, SC - James 1:13 says that God does not tempt. Yet, the Lord's Prayer says "and lead me not into temptation." If the Lord cannot tempt, why ask that He not lead us into temptation? Also, it seems to me that temptation is not necessarily sinful; rather, it is the following through to a sinful act - arising from temptation, that is the sinful act?

Anonymous (Email) - The subject that I would like Dr. Broggi to address is Freemasonry and the Shriner organization. From my observation, I have discovered that there are quite a few people in churches that are involved in these organizations. I've seen it firsthand even in my family. After studying these organizations, I have gathered that they don’t align with God’s word. I would like to hear Dr Broggi’s thoughts on how he would address this subject in the local church. Such as allowing Shriners/ Freemasons to have fundraisers or sell things for their cause. This question may appear as if I am suggesting that these people don't belong in the church. To be clear, I am certain that these people need to hear the gospel like anyone else.
