Summary

Kim, Hilton Head, SC -  In the latest sermon from Dr. Tommy Ice, he discussed the quote from Paul, "do not be deceived, all Israel will be saved." I am trying to understand the context of his sermon - he mentioned that during the tribulation the Jews will see and know that Jesus is Lord and will be gathered together and during the Millennium, God will turn the Jew's hearts towards Him and lift the blindness he gave them to accept Him so that the gentiles could be saved. The Jews present and born in during the Tribulation and their descendants it seems like will all turn towards God during the Millennium with God's help and the realization that Jesus is Lord because of their experience during the Tribulation. What about the Jews that had already died before the Second Coming? Are the Jews that He blinded sentenced to Hell and are sacrificed so that the Gentiles may come to know Christ?

Placido Santos, Worchester, MA -  In Tucker Carlson's recent interview with Mike Huckabee, he presses Huckabee on his belief that Israel is endowed by Scripture with a right to “the land.” In an effort to press the issue, Tucker repeatedly brings up Genesis 15:18. Huckabee refuses to state that he believes Israel is entitled to all of the land outlined in Genesis 15:18. Is Genesis 15:18 a promise that is yet to be fulfilled in the future? It is my understanding that even at the farthest extent of the Jewish empire under David and Solomon, Israel never controlled all of the land outlined in Genesis 15:18. If my understanding is correct, how does one reconcile Genesis 15:18 with Joshua 21:43, where it seems to say that all of the land promises were already fulfilled?

Brenda, Harleysville, PA -  In John 3:18 what does it mean to believe in the NAME of the only begotten Son of God? How is that different than believing in Jesus Christ? Did the people in John 2:23 believe in His name unto salvation? Thank you!

Michael, Rincon, GA (Live Dictation) - Pastor Carl what is your opinion on Kent Hovind and his views on the Post Tribulation?

Diana, Kingsport, TN -  Dr. Broggi, Would you recommend a good study Bible for our thirteen year-old grandson? He isn't that interested in reading the Bible but we want to encourage him to read God's Word. Also, we have twelve grandchildren, ages 9 months through fifteen years old. We would like to give our grands age-appropriate Bibles, especially for the parents to read to and teach the very young ones. What Bibles would you recommend for children thru age ten?
