Summary

Beaufort, South Carolina - I remember in a sermon a while back you mentioned Matthew 24:40-41 as not being rapture verses. Could you please explain why?

A listener's sister wanted to know where Jesus' soul went when He died.

A listener is curious as to whether the Catholic Church emphasizes James 2 as a works-based salvation. Also, the listener wants Pastor Broggi's opinion of Bill O'Reilly's comments that the Bible is largely allegorical.

Concord, New Hampshire - Dr. Broggi I felt like you ran out of time last week with a question about your name being erased from the Book of Life and what Moses said about his name being blotted out.  Can you clarify?

Placido, Whitinsville, Mass -Is it ever ok to lie like Rahab and the Midwives in Exodus? I am really wrestling with this question. I believe that if Jesus was ever in the same situation He would never lie, beacuse He is the truth. What do you think?

Gregory, Derry, New Hampshire As a christian the topic of homosexuality always comes up. On how it is a sin, but the many secular thinkers around me almost harass me for saying such a thing. My question is if I get into this debate again what should I do or what should I say? Where should I look in Scripture to verify my points?
