Summary

Timothy from Beaufort, SC I am a new believer and was confronted with a question that I am not sure how to answer. The question stated how can I say that Christ was in the grave for 3 days if He was buried on a fri and raised on that sun. It would then appear to some that He was in the grave 2 nights and 1 day. My answer was that a Jewish day began at sun down. so fri would count as a day and sat would count as a day and then sun would be the third. Is this the correct explanation or am I being misleading.

A caller would like to know if those who have heard and rejected the gospel have another chance during the Tribulation?

A listener asks Pastor Broggi to affirm the need to respond to God's calling from Reformed Theology, using as an example King Agrippa's decision to put off a decision for faith in Christ, and Stephen's accusation to those who would stone him that they were 'stiff-necked, always rejecting the call of God.

Yvonne fom East Providence, Rhode Island After Jesus was baptized by John, God sent a white dove to descend on Jesus and God spoke that Jesus is His Son and He was pleased with Him. Do you think John the Baptist heard God speak to Jesus and if so why in Matthew 11:2 did John send his disciples to question Jesus?

A listener gets e-mails from a ministry called Faith Life Church in Ohio. The pastor is Gary Kessee and it seems this might be a "prosperity ministry" and this caller would like to know if Pastor Carl has heard of this ministry and its mission?
