Summary

Anonymous, Beaufort, SC (Live Dictation) - At what point can baptism become a stumbling block unto salvation? There are denominations that teach baptism completes or is necessary for salvation. Galatians teaches that adding one work to the Gospel is distorting the Gospel and as a result makes it another Gospel. The Bible teaches post-conversion baptism as an act of obedience, while others make it a requirement. When confronted with the difference, they sometimes say “we believe the same thing (Christ died, was buried and raised to pay our sin debt), but simply differ on baptism.” I believe putting baptism on different sides of conversion to be a primary issue and not a secondary issue or just a difference of opinion. I’d love to hear your thoughts

Anonymous (Live Dictation) - If Jesus is the Son of God how do you explain that He had a brother?

Anonymous (Live Dictation) - We joined a church a year ago, and now our pastor has accepted another position, our little church is going thru some issues and one of them is a Sunday school teacher who would like to become a Deacon even though he is married a second time, his explanation is that he qualifies because it was before he was saved. This has caused a lot of problems and it is splitting our church. What does Pastor Carl think that we should do?

Steve, Springfield, GA (Live Dictation) - Would Dr. Broggi please explain the timeline of Ezequiel 37, which is the "Dry Bones" prophecy? I know there are different opinions on this.

Emmanuel, PA (Live Dictation)  - Can Dr. Broggi recommend either a bible study, or another type of instruction that a young couple who is engaged to be married and does not have access to pastoral council, could use to prepare them?

Faith, Bend, OR -- Can women be deacons? I have been church shopping and found a church I really like but they allow women to serve as deacons. I’m a new Christian so not sure how to feel about this! Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you
