@thomaskolen9335 (Live Dictation) - Would you please explain why you think Melchizedek is not the pre-incarnate Christ? I have come to believe that it was him since it was consistent with his nature. I do not believe that it would hurt anything to believe this to be true. Can you explain how you have come to believe that this is not a pre-incarnate Christ?

Joseph, Beaufort, SC -  Is there a particular study Bible that Pastor Broggi recommends?I go to a Calvary Chapel in FL and my pastor recommended Enduring Word as another Calvary Chapel pastor compiled it. It's interesting to read the notes in the Crossway Study Bible as another viewpoint, but it does advocate for supersessionism (which my church does not), so sometimes I'm unsure about the views it presents.

However, after reading in Chapter 50 about the story the brothers concocted to tell Joseph for fear of retaliation now that Jacob has passed away, we couldn't come up with a clear answer to the question:Did Jacob know what happened to Joseph?

Faye, Grays, SC (Live Dictation) - Would like Pastor Carl to expound on John 21:25. She has a friend who asked a Catholic Priest about Sola Scriptura, and the Priest said that God did not give us a book but a church and then gave the scripture and all of this can not be contained in a single book.
