Summary

A listener from Texas - A discussion between this believer and another individual led to the other individual saying that the word "Eretz" which addresses the 'land of Israel' was used in the account of Genesis 6. Consequently the  worldwide flood could not be proved; rather it was likely a localized flood.
Why do some people believe in purgatory? Is that in scripture?
David from Beaufort - What is the process a Christian should follow as they face major decisions?
Stacy from Bluffton - What is the role of pastors to preach on social issues?
A listener says that she is a single divorced mom (not her choice) with 1 small child. Her husband is remarried and is not in communication with her or her child. How should the church view her as a divorced woman and what does Scripture say about her eventually remarrying.
How should we respond to someone who says they don't know if God predestined him to be saved.
David from Bluffton - Ps. 22 is so prophetic regarding the future crucifixion of Christ. What does Pastor Broggi think of this psalm?
Neal, San Antonio, TX - I think you commented that John Hagee "preaches the Gospel".  I happened to live at one time within walking distance of his "megachurch" in San Antonio, but never visited it for the following reason: It is public knowledge per the San Antonio Express News that John Hagee divorced his wife many years ago earlier in his "ministry career" and then married his secretary.  Wouldn't this make him a false preacher?  Maybe you were not aware of this adultery situation.
A listener has heard about a new "Christian based" yoga class that is starting up in the area. The instructor will be using scripture for meditation instead of chants, etc. What do you think about this? Is it OK to transform a traditionally pagan based practice into a faith-based one?
Can you tell me your thoughts on the partnership with Beth Moore and Priscilla Shirer. The whole thing is confusing to me. I have heard warnings as far as Beth Moore is concerned, but not Priscilla Shirer and I know Shirer’s upbringing was biblical and solid. Is a bible study done by both of them safe?

What does God expect in the area of forgiveness? Even when it involves the murder of someone close to you? How soon does God expect it to happen and what advice would you give to the new believer who might be struggling with this?

What does Pastor Broggi think about  Life Action Ministries, Revival Summits?
