Jacque, Bluffton, SC -  Will you be leading a spiritual, Bible focused tour to Israel in 2026?

Julie, Hilton Head, SC -  Why do so many Christians defend the use of alcohol when the Bible says, we should be of sober mind? I believe it’s unacceptable to drink alcohol at all. Why would God be okay with Christians drinking alcohol when the Bible specifically says, we must not cause others to stumble?

Cassie, Beaufort, SC (Live Dictation) - Can you tell me the difference between Covenant Theology and Dispensationalism? My son, who lives in VA, recently told me that he leans toward Covenant Theology. From what I’ve read it seems to be on the same level as Replacement Theology. Am I correct? He listens to Candace Owens and I feel he has taken on this thinking because of her. He attends Calvary Chapel in Lynchburg but his pastor doesn’t spend much time on this subject. I have sent him links to watch and listen. Do you recommend literature that I could send him?

Isabella, Virginia -  If salvation does not depend on works in any way, how should Christians understand the commands to obey Jesus and to practice things He explicitly instituted, such as love thy neighbor, bear fruit, etc.? What about His commands on baptism and the participation in the Lord’s Supper? Are these commands meant to be spiritually formative or merely symbolic, and if they are only symbolic, what makes obedience to them meaningful rather than optional?

Vicki, Ridgeland, SC -  My daughter is afraid that the church will be here for the tribulation and this is due to a podcast of the Shawn Ryan show. He hosted a man by the name of John Rich that uses Matthew 24 as the bases for this claim. I believe the rapture will be before the tribulation simply because I have believed that all my life. Plus that’s what you and every preacher I listen to preaches. I can’t fault his reasoning, but I need biblical evidence to give to my daughter to alleviate her fear. I have given her Revelation 1-4 as the last time the church is mentioned. Can you watch his podcast and/or give me further information to assist her? do you think that there is any validity to his claims?
