Summary
Charles, Ridgeland, SC - Countless times on your show and in your sermons, you've stated that you believe it is impossible to be a true Christian and believe that baptism is in any way effectual for salvation. However, I've heard you quote from Martin Luther, Augustine, Justin Martyr, and various other historical theologians who dogmatically confirm baptismal regeneration. My question is, if you are right and none of these men are real Christians, why do you quote them at all?
Keith, KY - (Live Caller ) - On Ash Wednesday, is this used to show how religious someone is, like the Pharisee?
Faye, GA (Live Dictation) - Pastor Carl, is it apprropiate for a Christian to attend a Muslim, Buddhist, or Mormon wedding?
Randy, GA (Live Caller) - About the Rapture, does the Holy Spirit leave the Earth after the Rapture?
Michael, Hardeeville, SC - I have been talking with someone who is having trouble believing Jesus is God and the 2nd member of the trinity. They don't understand the Trinity. There are other associated issues as well. My main question is ; Does salvation work if Jesus is not part of the Trinity? also, is forgiving yourself a biblical concept?
