David P., Pooler, GA - I recently saw a supernatural-thriller film made by Believe Entertainment called "Nefarious". and In this film, the character that claims to be demonically possessed mentions a period of time as "long before the creation of what you know as the universe, we were created as beings of pure spirit endowed with a will of our own". First, I'd like to know if there is any commentary in Holy Scripture that speaks to how long this specific period of time was between the creation of the angels and the creation of the heavens and the earth in Genesis 1. And second, what is the nature of the Book of Enoch? Would recommend a believer to read this book?

Eileen S., Citrus Springs, FL - A friend of mine has been doing a Bible study and was explaining to me that the Bible study was talking about an earth that was here before God created the heavens and the Earth. I asked for references in scripture and she said the teacher derived a conclusion from a bunch of different scripture verses. Would you possibly be able to explain why some people come to that conclusion?
