Series:
Summary
A listener has a question regarding Merrill Unger's "What Demons Can Do to Saints" indicates that believers who are consistently out of fellowship with God can be possessed by demon. Is that true?
Kyla, Aiken, SC - I am wondering about 1 Corinthians 7:15. It says that "Yet if the unbelieving one leaves, let him leave; the brother or the sister is not under bondage in such cases". Does this mean that if the unbelieving spouse leaves then the believing spouse is left free to remarry and isn't committing adultery if s/he does?
Anonymous, VA - Could Dr Broggi comment on what he thinks of the recently released NASB 2020 version?
Alberto, Savannah, GA - Regarding the story of Joseph and the dreams he interpreted for pharaoh? What about the wise men that were asked about the dreams…Why didn’t they just make up an interpretation, Pharaoh wouldn’t know, would he?
Patty, Beaufort, SC - With all of the evil in the world (considering we are all born with the sin nature but some of us, thanks to the Lord, have been redeemed) I struggle a lot with the upcoming conflict in our country. I see that we are bound to lose a lot of our freedoms that have been purchased with blood. Maybe I'm just afraid of losing earthly comforts of love and family. And maybe I'm struggling with people who are clearly colluding to take rights from the nation and building up foment through false "news" (similar to Hitler, and many other despots, and the Romans of Jesus's day). And I know we're told to love our enemies and foreigners, forgive 7x7, pay the government what belongs to them, not to judge (Jesus is the only true judge), but what stance are we, as Christians, to take. We can vote. (See how that worked out!) Should we accept this? Roll over and take it? The defunding of police (blaming THEM for everything), dishonoring our history... But our military has fought our wars to protect our freedom (and the wars of other countries) - so when is it justifiable to rebel and fight?
A listener asks Dr. Broggi to comment on the Ravi Zacharias situation.
Anthony G. - Beaufort, SC - I am curious to know where Dr. Broggi stands on the Free Grace/Lordship Salvation debate. I am currently reading "So Great Salvation" by Charles Ryrie and "The Gospel According to Jesus" by John MacArthur. These are both men that I greatly respect, and both make excellent arguments for their stance on the subject. However, both cannot be right! What say ye Dr. Broggi? Thank you for your time!
Tina M. - I have a step son who says that he is a Buddhist. What is the best way to approach this?
Bill, Stephens City, VA - What role, function or capacity will the Holy Spirit have beyond the Millennium? John 15:26 and John 16:7 call Him the Helper, but when we’re in our glorified bodies doesn’t that change things for the Holy Spirit? Can you help us with this Dr. Broggi?
