Summary
Pastor from North Carolina: What do you think of the current stimulus check the government is supplying for families?
A caller has a question about living out one's faith. 1. This person is around a lot of non-Christians. When they bring up non-holy things, e.g. living with one's boyfriend outside of marriage, how should she respond? 2. The woman works for someone that uses the Lord's name in vain. How should she deal with this?
Dale, Salem, VA - How should the Church respond to the Governor of their respective state mandating masks in the church? How are believers to participate in communion with all these safety measures. I have heard some churches meeting and defying all mandates from state leaders. This all seems to be getting more and more restrictive with no relief in sight.
Sonya, Fort Rucker, AL - Hi Dr. Broggi, I have been watching your sermons online and have communicated with Rick Forschner about determining whether or not I can have an assurance that I will be saved. He let me know that this would be an important question to ask of you. I am a believer and pray daily, I try to live in a Christ like manner. I’d like to know the answer to this important question. Once I am assured of this I want to ensure that my children and husband are saved as well. I read to my children daily from their Children's Bible and teach them how to pray. I thank you for your time sir and look forward to hearing from you or your staff. Also I wanted to mention that our family will be moving to the Savannah, GA area and we’d like to come to your church in Beaufort. With a Sincere love of Christ, Sonya
Paula, Colorado Springs, CO - Innocent children, under the age of accountability, have always paid a high price for the sins of adults - sacrificed to idols, aborted, starved, and unloved. I understand the root cause is sin, but the very young have no concept of God or sin, are dependent on adults, and too young to defend themselves. God does not seem to intervene on their behalf. Is it a form of mercy for God to take them to heaven? What about the little ones who don't die, but suffer for a lifetime as a result of the sins of others?
Anonymous, Savannah, Ga ( 88.7 FM ) My first question is how did WAGP do on giving Tuesday? My next question is; (starts off more of a story then a question, my apologies.). I am talking to a young Christian woman who is about to start her Residency to then hopefully become a Pediatrician, this is somewhat hypothetical, but if all goes well between her and I and we feel it is appropriate to be married and she has her important position as a medical doctor and we have children(if this is God’s will); would it be okay for me to take the role of raising the children? I would prefer to raise them instead of put them in daycare if at all possible, however; obviously I am the “man” of the household.
Emmanuel, Grand Forks, ND - Pastor Broggi, Thanks for your ministry! I had a question regarding the Farmer's Almanac. Am I off base in thinking it's a form of or in the world of witchcraft/sorcery mentioned in Deuteronomy 18:10? My family member told another family member to delay oral surgery because of something mentioned in the Farmer's Almanac about a specific day and the moon. Seems like trusting in something other than the sovereignty of God to me! What say you?
