Summary

A listener read recently about C.S. Lewis believing in purgatory and praying for the dead. What does Dr. Broggi think?
Tyrone is an usher at his church in Bluffton. He would like to know the duties of an usher.
Larry, Beaufort, SC - Do you think that a person who has once accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as LORD and SAVIOR, having then been filled with the Spirit—is it then possible for this person to lose his or her salvation?
A listener is troubled by the counsel given by Jesus to His disciples In Mark 4 following In the parable of the sower: "while seeing, they may see and not perceive, and whilehearing, they may hear and not understand, otherwise they might return and be forgiven.
Marty, Savannah, GA - What do you think of Tim Keller? Have you heard some of the things he has been saying about evolution being used to create the world along with God? In one white paper Keller essentially says “the primary purpose of salvation is – cultural renewal – to make this world a better place.”  That statement should alarm any true evangelical or conservative Christian.  And it must be understood that this one statement is central to all of Keller’s teachings.
What is the difference between comitting murder and taking the life of someone in combat or in self-defense.
Our next caller would like to know "what it means to turn anyone over to Satan" and does that have anything to do with church discipline?
Sue, Beaufort, SC - Will those who are saved during the Tribulation go through the Bema with those who are already in heaven?
Beaufort, SC - Some say that Matthew 27:5 and Acts 1:18 are a contradiction of Scripture. They seem to give different accounts of how Judas Iscariot died. What is your opinion? Do you have any books you would recommend on how to show that Scripture has no contradictions?
