Elena, Beaufort, SC - Do believers who have already died and gone to heaven know when an unbeliever gets saved? I know that the angels know, because of what Luke 15:10 says: “In the same way, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” In heaven, we will be with the angels. Does that mean we will be rejoicing too?
