Series:

Summary

A listener in a foreign country asks:  We are listening to your sermon series in Genesis, and just recently listened to the part where Noah cursed Canaan. If we understand correctly, Ham sinned by taking delight in exposing his father's sin to his brothers. We have noticed that there are a lot of memoirs being published that frequently expose parental failures. Some of these are written by Christians. Wouldn't this be the same kind of sin? What about if a person talks to their brothers and sisters about their parent's problems? Is that the same thing?

A listener asks what Pastor Broggi meant in a recent reference to Apostles (part of his study in Romans).

A caller says that he recently became a believer and this has made him think about how he and his wife should observe traditions regarding Easter and Christmas, etc. They have 2 children ages 2 and 7. He wants to be sure that his children will not be confused about the Easter Bunny and other symbols of Christian Holidays. His wife isn't sure she wants to stop the tradition of the Easter Bunny and some of the others. What does Pastor Carl recommend?

I went to your Easter outreach at Pickpocket plantation, and I was just wondering why all your women look just like the world....wearing pants, short hair, revealing clothing, high heeled shoes, do you not believe in modest adorning of women and if you do, what is your definition of modesty?

A caller would like Pastor Carl to explain 1 Peter 5:10 when he says "after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strenghten and establish you"....is this referring to trials we have here on earth or are these trials referring to the End Times?

In Matt. 28, What is the "name" of the father, son, and holy ghost? Is it Jesus Christ?

Guy from Beaufort: In 1st Kings 22 verses 21-22 who is the spirit who is going to entice Ahab to go to battle at Ramoth-gilead? The spirit says he will be a deceiving spirit, so is this a demon that the Lord commanded to deceive King Ahab's prophets, or is this similar to how God gave the people over to a depraved mind in Romans 1?
