The Bible Line - June 7, 2022

Michelle - My son asked, "When Christ died and preached in hell. What was that about?  What about the chasm between heaven and hell?" (please give a teenager's capacity answer)

A 10 year-old caller - In Genesis, if God knew that Adam and Eve would sin, why didn't he create earth with sin to begin with?

David, Newton, NC - In 1 Timothy 4:1 when he talks of people falling away from the faith , are these saved or lost people? “But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons,” ‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭4:1

Bert, Guyton, GA - Could Dr. Broggi expound upon last Sunday's message about the fast moving lights that pilots see in the night sky that may be demons? Are holy angels warring with these fallen angels and we only see bright lights? Quite fascinating!

Shannon, Rapid City, SD - There are a ton of Bibles on the market! I don't want to accidentally support any company or individual not biblically sound! Do you have a recommendation for a teen boy?

Greg I., Maine - What does the Bible say about women preaching? I personally read 1 Timothy 2 and interpret it as men are to preach to the mixed audience and hold the role of Pastor/Elder. But many have told me that it is not true and examples are Phoebe or Priscilla or that there are prophetesses. I believe the text 1 Tim. 2 to be universal and not cultural. Regardless I believe there is a correct and a wrong interpretation of the text, which determines how roles of men and women are viewed in the church. I would love insight to this and to the women used in the Bible.

Shay, Bluffton - Many churches have mass baptisms. Is it okay for women to help out with the baptisms?
